Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™

Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™ is a new, unique and holistic approach that combines intentional physical movement with evidence-based psychotherapy. This service integrates the science of exercise with elements of traditional talk therapy to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. We support mental health by engaging both body and mind, allowing you to work towards your physical goals while processing emotions, reducing stress, improving mood, and reconnecting with yourself in a grounded, embodied way.

Eligible for coverage under most extended health plans that include psychotherapy. HST exempt.

Personal Training

Memberships: Scorrybreac is a semi-private training facility. We offer 24/7 Memberships, as well as drop-in sessions.

Personal Training: 1-on-1 training sessions with a highly experienced coach, working towards your personalized fitness goals. We can work with any age and fitness level! We also specialize in powerlifting, strongman, CrossFit, technique work, sport-specific development, and all aspects of competition prep.

We offer single sessions or package rates.

The gym is 24/7 and is staffed at varying hours per day. The facility is secure and members have fob access.

Yes, we are semi-private. We control and limit the number of select gym memberships to ensure an optimal training environment.
